b) Financial Information (Organisers Only)
- Bank account number and sort code (used for payouts)

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a game will receive a 95% refund (5% covers processing fees)
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the game are not eligible for a refund
Note: We use Stripe to process all payments and payouts. FT PLAY does not store card information.

- App interactions and activity logs
- Location data (if enabled by user)
